Event Location: The Market On State, 1002 East State St, Athens, OH 45701
​Event Date: Saturday, November 30, 2024
Event Time: 10:00AM - 4:00PM (Set Up will begin at 8AM), You are not required to stay the entire time.

• There will be No Refunds.
• You are renting a predetermined 10' x 6' space; you will pick your spot on our Vendor Map.  You will be responsible for providing your own tables, chairs and equipment. There will not be electricity provided. No generators will be permitted.
• Set Up will be available beginning at 8AM the day of the event, and as we will be located in The Market on State, you will need to transport your items into the mall. You may use any of the entrances to unload your vehicle, but suggested that you should not park close, leave the closer spots to people who are coming to attend the Christmasfest! 
• Consent to Photography and Videography: Throughout the Event there may be Live Feeds and Social Media posts.
• Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for same. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives.
• Payment: The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for the selected space and is due with the approval of this application. You are not finalized for this event until payment has been confirmed. You will be forwarded a link to pay online, or you can pay by cash or check. We will work out arrangements to pay for your vendor spot.
