Rental Space for your Event

For complete details about how you can rent our spaces, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
First, we will schedule a date and time for potential clients to visit Wolfe Mountain Entertainment to check out the space to see first-hand the layout of the facility. During this initial meeting, it gives us an opportunity to discuss your event and what your vision may be. We will discuss the number of guests you anticipate coming, color scheme, length of event, and all the details. Second, selecting the right date for your event is an important part of the planning. A NON-refundable DEPOSIT is required at the time a date is selected in order to book the space. Once the date has been selected, we verify the availability of the space, schedule the date for you, then collect the NON-refundable booking deposit. This fee holds the date for you. Should you cancel your event the deposit remains with us to compensate the fact that the space was not available to another client. Space is rented by the hour. Clients will need to consider the amount of time it will take to set up prior to the event as well as the time it will take to take everything down and clean up. Clients will need to purchase additional rental time for the additional set-up time and for clean up, based on the size of the event. We do offer a clean up service so the client doesn't have to which includes trash removal. The Rental space fee does not include any of the additional services or offerings that we can provide. |
